Owner Jim Pearce brings extensive experience managing signage and graphics projects for both corporate and non-profit clients. Everyday brings a new set of challenges that don't fit into an off the shelf solution. The real key to client satisfaction is the ability to solve a problem and proactive customer service.
Jim spent the previous 15 years providing specialized CAD systems to land surveyors and civil engineers prior to starting Signs By Tomorrow (now Image360) in 1999. You might also be surprised to learn that Jim was also a school teacher for 10 years in the Philadelphia Public School System.
Kim has been with the company since 2006. She started as a Customer Service Representative. Kim possess many talents which have served her well in her duel role as both the Director of Production and Head Designer. Kim is a graduate of Temple University with a degree in design.
As a Project Manager, Carrie brings unique insight that allows her to handle the responsibility of insuring that all aspects of design, in-house production, and working with vendors are efficiently taken care of. Carrie is a graduate of Drexel University with a degree in Art Management. She is in her fourth year as part of our team.
Donna recently left the full time Fortune 100 world to manage our sales and marketing staff. She brings many years of experience in sales, marketing, executive management and organizational development. Her last educational stop was a MS in Organizational Development from Wharton at University of Pennsylvania. She is also one heck of a painter.
Our newest team member brings a strong educational background in all things marketing related. In her role as Marketing and Sales Coordinator Carrie manages and optimizes our corporate marketing efforts as well as developing and implementing all local efforts. A recent Temple University graduate she brings a lot of training, experience and energy to the table. She is also the first person our clients and prospecitve clients typically communicate with.
